In order to meet the goals for which it was established, the service contains information about our activities and enables the collection of donations. We only process personal data provided by the payment operator in support of our activities. Donors' personal data will be processed only for the purpose of making a donation.

Data processing rules

We collect personal data in connection with our website activities in accordance with the principles of legality, purpose limitation, limited processing, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

We collect personal data for limited, specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and do not process it further in a way incompatible with those purposes.

The personal data that we process in connection with users' visits to our website include the technical data of the user's end device, such as IP address, source of access to the website, connection time, URL, and browser type and version, among others. 

In connection with our account on the social network Facebook, we process the personal data of users who visit our profile on this portal.

The above personal data is processed by us for the purpose of:

  • building our own brand through social networking accounts - the legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest (Article 6 section 1(f) of the GDPR) in building our brand through social networking sites.
  • For analytical and statistical purposes, the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6 section 1(f) of the GDPR) to carry out analyses of users' activities and preferences in order to improve the functionalities and services provided;
  • In order to possibly establish and assert claims or defend against them, the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest (Article 6 section 1(f) of the GDPR) in protecting our rights.

  • inform you of the details of the event;
  • present the attendance list to our partners and sponsors;
  • be able to identify the participants of the event,
  • make appropriate reimbursements.

 

The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Your consent to the processing of the data (Article 6 section 1(a) of the GDPR) provided on the application form: name, mailing address, contact details (e-mail and telephone number), membership of the organisation, signature,
  • and the reimbursement agreement (Article 6 section 1(b) of the GDPR) in the case of reimbursement we additionally process the bank account number and address.

We will keep your personal data until the event is settled. After this point, it will be deleted both by us and by all processors to whom we have provided it.

In the case of data related to cost recovery, we will store them for 5 years in accordance with Article 74 of the Accounting Act.

We will only pass on your personal data to our providers to whom we will outsource the processing of your personal data, e.g. IT service providers, data storage providers and to an accounting office and bank for the purpose of settling the reimbursement.   • meet our tax and insurance obligations;
  • perform the contract.

  • in the case of an employment contract: Article 221 of the Labour Code (Article 6 section 1(b) of the GDPR),
  • in the case of civil law contracts (contract of mandate, specific work contract): processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are a party (Article 6 section 1(b) of the GDPR),
  • in case of data beyond what is required by law, on the basis of your consent in the personal questionnaire (Article 6 section 1(a) of the GDPR).

  • for an employment contract: 50 years in accordance with Article 51u section 1 on National Archives Resources and Archives,
  • for civil law contracts: at least 5 years in accordance with Article 74 section 7 of the Accounting Act and for the period resulting from the project regulations, if you participate in it.

After this point, they will be removed both by us and by all the processing entities to whom we have given them.
