Polish power companies open to change?

In a recent Bloomberg article, Polish coal companies "admit that financing for new coal projects will be increasingly hard to obtain if no major changes are made to the Polish climate policy. A good first step would be to publicly abandon plans for all new lignite open-pit mines in Poland and to start working on what comes after lignite in the regions which are still too dependent on it.
